Caution Sign and Shorts

Caution....Judson at Play!  Watch out for menacing legos waiting to terrorize your foot when you step on them!  Look out for random crayon marks on your wall showing the path of Super Judson!  Caution when entering Judson's room.....the one you JUST cleaned up! As you can tell, Judson needs a Caution sign to warn others of the possible DANGER they may soon encounter:-)

Caution shirt:  $19

Shorts:  $14

Recycled or Upcycled Capri pants into new outfit!

I made this outfit from a pair of capris!

I got these capris at a garage sale for $2.00 and they were a size 16.  I thought the fabric was adorable and I could not buy this amount of fabric for $2.00 ANYWHERE!

I made an initial name shirt....$18.  I have a little fabric left.... enough to make some more initial shits.....but not enough for shorts.  I will be happy to tear up some capris or a skirt that you find at Goodwill or a garage sale:-)  I even have saved some of my husband's button down shirts to make some shorts for my son.  Just because it has an ink spot or a hole in it and your hubby won't wear it anymore, doesn't mean your little man can't wear it!!!  Give an article of clothing new life!  (Wow, it sounds like I am running a blood drive!?)

Capris to Ruffle shorts.  I love Landrie's little green outfit.  Thank goodness she is still 4!  If she was 14 she probably would not be caught dead in this outfit:-)

Circle Monogram Applique Initial Outfit for Boy

Someone once told me that they think people wearing their initials looks like they have been branded.  Well, my kids have been branded.....over and over over.....
This circle monogram applique is so classic!  This can be done in any kind of fabric.  I thought this would be cute for 4th of July and of course summer.

Shirt is $20, shorts are $14.

Mermaid Applique makes a big splash!

Every little girl loves mermaids!  With the new "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie coming out with the mermaids in it, I bet  mermaids will be popping up all over the place:-)  I want to go see the movie....but I still think it might be a little too dark for my 4 year old.

I found this jumper at Walmart and thought it would be perfect for a Mermaid!

This applique is $20 to put onto a shirt or $11 if you provide the shirt/item.

My little Peasants!

Here are a few pictures of my monkeys.  Pam, my seamstress, made Landrie a Peasant dress.
I just love this dress and this fabric.  My favorite color is yellow!  This fabric looked so fresh and clean.

Here is a still shot of the outfits.  I love how they coordinate.  Once they get on the kids, it is hard to get a good shot:-)

This is me holding them still.  My daughter has not mastered the smile skill;-)  She just knows she is suppose to show her teeth!

I have about 15 pictures of them on this swing, and this is the best one I got:-)

This is at my daughter's PreK graduation.  She is going to big girl school next year:-(  So bittersweet!

Longhorn jersey shirt for birthday

More Gymboree finds and made to match shirts!

How many moms go to the mall to shop specifically for themselves, because their closet looks like someone from 1992 lives in your house, and not buy anything.... at least for yourself?   I went to the mall - by myself - on Mother's day, part of my husband's gift to me, with the mission to buy ME something.  And guess what I came home with....clothes for my kids!  Well, maybe the fashions from 1992 will come around again:-)

I found some more super cute shorts at Gymboree!
Initial applique shirt is $16

The FREE shirt for Carson!

Carson's mom is the winner of the "suggestion for summer" contest!  She chose a purple shirt with gold monogrammed name.   I wonder if Carson is a Tiger fan:-)

Baseball Glove applique. Just in time for summer

Ladd's mom wanted a navy shirt with a red gingham glove.  I must say, she has excellent taste!  The baseball is made out of white leather material I have.  I just love texture fabric.....just not texture food.  I can't stand mushrooms because of their texture.  A little off the subject:-)

I think this shirt would be great for the summer and for the 4th of July!
This shirt is $20.
