Girls Rock! and so do ruffles!!
I had forgotten how much I love the way a ruffle looks on a shirt! It just makes a tee shirt look a little more boutiquish! Isn't this a cute way to spell "Ty" for a girl!!!! Anyway, I hope Thai ROCKS this shirt!
This would also be a cute applique for a brother and sister!
